        About the Blueprint.

        Why pay for a plan? Can't you just quote?

        A quote before anyone understands the bottleneck is a guess, and guesses get padded. The Blueprint does the diagnosis properly, so the quote is fixed and the build fixes the right thing.

        What does "one service" mean?

        One service, program or body of expertise, with the audiences it serves. If you have several, we'll talk about which to start with on the call.

        How much of our time does it take?

        Mostly workshops with the people who need to agree, and time with your expert. We go through your material first, so those sessions are focused.

        Do we need to tidy our files first?

        No, please don't. Hand over what you have, as it is. Sorting it is our job.

        What if the answer is that we don't need you?

        Then the Blueprint will say so, and you'll still have the numbers and the plan to act on yourself or with someone else.
