Funded programs

The waitlist isn't a demand problem. It's a facilitator problem.

You've won the funding, and people want in. Intake still waits on the few people qualified to deliver it. We rebuild the foundations so participants work through them on their own and arrive ready. Your facilitators, or trained partners in other regions, run shorter sessions that all follow the same plan.

What is repeat delivery costing your program? Change the numbers.

We have qualified facilitators, each spending hours a week delivering the same foundations. Their time is worth about an hour.

$129,600

a year of senior time on work a system could carry.

  • 864 hours a year
  • about 23 full-time weeks
  • 48 working weeks

A SCALE Blueprint is $6,000 + GST. With your numbers, that's about 11 working days of what the bottleneck already costs you.

Sound familiar?

Your intake runs at the speed of a few calendars.

  • A waitlist measured in months.By the time a place opens, people have moved on, and your funding milestones are at risk.
  • A handful of qualified people deliver everything.Their availability sets how many people the program can reach.
  • New regions mean quality drifts. Each new facilitator teaches it a little differently, and some skip the hard parts.
  • Funders want evidence.Attendance sheets show who turned up, not what they can now do.
  • The admin eats someone's week.Intake forms, attendance, follow-up and reporting, all handled by hand.

More documents.
Same waitlist.

  • The facilitator binder, read a different way by everyone who delivers from it.
  • The off-the-shelf online module: click next, answer the quiz, forget it by Friday.
  • Spreadsheets for intake, attendance and follow-up, kept up by whoever has time.

All of it is useful raw material. We sort what's still right from what's out of date, and find the gaps your facilitators fill in without thinking.

The fix

Participants arrive ready. Every session follows the same plan.

Flip the switch: today, all of it waits for a facilitator.

The system teaches it

The foundations, learned once, properly, without anyone on a call.

    A tool handles it

The routine checks and admin that follow your rules every time.

      Your expert keeps it

The judgement calls that genuinely need experience.

        What we build for programs

We don't replace your facilitators. We give them people who are ready.

What participants do on their own

        • The foundations, interactivePractical scenarios and tasks drawn from real situations, not reading followed by a quiz.
        • A check before the live sessionSo facilitators know who's ready, and who needs extra help, before they walk in.
        • Records that hold upCompletion and results for every participant, for your funders and your board.
        • Enrolment that runs itselfSign-up, access, reminders and follow-up without someone pushing each one through.

        What your facilitators keep

        • Shorter live sessionsSpent on practice, application and local support, not on the basics.
        • A run sheetSo every facilitator and regional partner delivers the same program, the same way.
        • The people who need themTime for the participants who are struggling, and they know who that is before the session.

        How it works with programs

Five stages, with evidence built in from the start.

        1. 01 / 05 · Strategise

Agree what you'll be judged on.

The outcomes your funders and board care about, what the waitlist costs, and what needs a facilitator and what doesn't.

You receiveYour SCALE Blueprint, with a fixed quote for the build.

        2. 02 / 05 · Capture

          Learn from your best facilitators.

We work through your curriculum, facilitator guides and accreditation requirements. Then we interview your most experienced facilitators: what participants always misunderstand, and what makes the session work.

        3. 03 / 05 · Architect

          See it before it's built.

Your program lead approves the design, and the plan for the live sessions, before anything is built.

You sign offThe design. It locks the build scope.

        4. 04 / 05 · Launch

          Piloted first.

A small group of participants uses it first. We fix where people get stuck, then open it up.

        5. 05 / 05 · Enable

          Your coordinators run it.

Your coordinators and facilitators learn to run it, and the platform is set up in your name.

You receiveA team that can run it without us.

        Questions

        What program leads usually ask.

Can partners in other regions deliver it?

Yes. That's what the run sheet and the self-paced foundations are for: every facilitator starts from the same plan, with participants who've done the same groundwork. Enable includes training for your coordinators and facilitators.

We have to report to funders. Does this help?

Yes. We agree the outcomes you'll be judged on in Strategise, and design so completion and results are recorded for every participant. You get evidence of what people can do, not just who attended.

Our content has to meet accreditation requirements. How do you handle that?

Those requirements are part of Capture, and your program lead signs off the content before anything is built. We build what your accreditation needs; we don't change what it requires.

Won't participants miss the live experience?

The live sessions stay, just shorter and focused on what needs a person: practice, questions and local support. The basics move online, so live time goes further.

        What does it cost?

Every project starts with the SCALE Blueprint: $6,000 + GST for one program. It ends with a fixed quote for the build, so you know the full price before you commit, and it doubles as the business case for your funder or board.

        Ready when you are

Is your waitlist longer than your funding cycle?

In 30 minutes we'll give you an honest read on what's holding your intake back, and whether a system is the right fix.
