Your partners teach the method to win the work. Then teach it all over again.
Every sale starts with a seminar for the buying team. Every new client needs the same foundations, and your tools, before kickoff. We build it into a system, so prospects arrive ready to buy and clients ready to start.
What is teaching the method costing you? Change the numbers.
We have senior partners, each spending hours a week teaching the method to prospects and new clients. Their time is worth about an hour.
$129,600
a year of senior time on work a system could carry.
- 864 hours a year
- about 23 full-time weeks
- 48 working weeks
A SCALE Blueprint is $6,000 + GST. With your numbers, that's about 11 working days of what the bottleneck already costs you.

Your most valuable people are teaching the basics.
- The whole buying team has to learn the method first.Technical leads, operations, finance, sometimes the board: everyone who signs off needs the foundations. So a partner runs another seminar, often for a team that never signs.
- The pipeline waits on a few calendars. Two or three people can explain the method properly. When they're booked out, prospects wait and deals cool off.
- Onboarding starts from scratch every time. Each new client team needs the same grounding before the real work begins. A partner delivers it again, on a plane or on Zoom at hours nobody should work.
- Kickoff stalls while the client team catches up.Until they understand the method, the terms and the data you need, the real work can't start, and time to value stretches out.
Recording it
isn't rebuilding it.
- The pitch deck that only its author can present.
- The whitepapers and manuals client teams file away.
- The recorded seminar. Prospects tune out, and still ask for the partner in the room.
A recording keeps the content and loses what made it land: the sequence, the logic, the moment a complex idea clicks. That has to be designed back in.
The fix
The system teaches the foundations. Your partners sell and advise.
Flip the switch: today, all of it waits for a partner.
The system teaches it
The foundations, learned once, properly, without anyone on a call.
Nothing yet. It all goes through a person.
A tool handles it
The routine checks and admin that follow your rules every time.
Nothing yet. It all goes through a person.
Your expert keeps it
The judgement calls that genuinely need experience.
What we build for advisory firms
We don't take your partners out of the sale. We take the repetition out of it.
Before they sign
- The foundations seminar, on demandThe method and why it works, sequenced the way people learn it. Prospects take it in their own time zone, and the whole buying team can see it, not just whoever took the call.
- Tools that show the valueYour models built into guided tools, so prospects see what the method means for their own operation, where the plan shows it will help.
Once they sign
- Onboarding that runs itselfClient teams learn the foundations and how you work before kickoff, with access, reminders and progress handled automatically.
- Training on your toolsIf you have your own models or software, step-by-step training on the tasks their team will actually do, so they're used sooner.
- A readiness checkSo the first live session starts with people who've done the groundwork.
Your partners keep
- The sales conversationWith prospects who already understand the method and want to talk about their own situation.
- A shorter live sessionSpent on the client's own data, problems and decisions, not on slide one.
- The judgement callsThe edge cases and trade-offs that take years of experience to get right.
How it works with advisory firms
Five stages, light on your partners' time.
-
01 / 05 · Strategise
Put a number on it.
What the foundations seminars and onboarding cost you in partner time and travel, how long new clients take to see value, and which parts need a partner and which don't.
You receiveYour SCALE Blueprint, with a fixed quote for the build.
-
02 / 05 · Capture
Your partners react. They don't write.
We work through your decks, recordings, papers and manuals first. Then we interview your principals with their own material in front of them, so they correct rather than start from blank.
You sign offThe content gap report and a content-freeze date.
-
03 / 05 · Architect
See it before it's built.
You approve the design, including where it sits in your sales process and onboarding, and the shape of the shorter live session, before anything is built.
You sign offThe design. It locks the build scope.
-
04 / 05 · Launch
Tested before prospects or clients see it.
A small group, such as past clients or your own associates, uses it first.
You sign offGo-live.

05 / 05 · Enable
The method lives in the system, not a calendar.
Your team learns to run it, so access no longer depends on one person.
You receiveA team that can run it without us.

Questions
What advisory firms usually ask.
Our work is highly technical. Can a self-paced format carry it?
The foundations, yes: the method, the models and the standard cases follow a logic that can be taught well without you. The judgement stays with your partners, in a shorter live session. Gerald Whittle's verdict on his rebuilt seminar: "better presented than I could deliver on my best day."
Won't prospects still want a partner in the room?
For the sales conversation, yes, and they'll get one. The difference is that they arrive already knowing the method, so that time goes on their situation and your fit, not on the basics.
We have our own models or software. Can you train clients on them too?
Yes. We build the training around the tasks the client team will actually do with them, and set up the onboarding around it: access, reminders and progress. It sits alongside the method, so people learn the why before the how.
How much partner time does this take?
Most of it is early, in Strategise and Capture. We go through your existing material first, so interviews with your principals are focused: they react to their own slides rather than starting from a blank page. After that it's review and sign-off at set points.
Our seminar has never been recorded. Where do we start?
With a recording. If it's only ever delivered live, in person or on Zoom, we'll ask you to record the full session before Capture starts. It's the most important material we work from.
Our material is out of date and contradicts itself. Is that a problem?
No, that's normal. We sort what's still true from what's out of date, and where the document and your partners disagree, your partners win. You sign off the corrected version before anything is built.
