For services that have outgrown the people running them

Scale the expertise, the program or the service. Not the headcount.

Your service can only grow as fast as the people delivering it. We build the systems that take them out of the bottleneck. Better outcomes. A fraction of the delivery time. No key-person dependency.

No obligation. Whether or not we work together, you'll leave with a clearer picture.

Results from our work

Same services. They just stopped depending on one person.

Real numbers from real clients. Every one of them was a service that worked, and couldn't grow.

  1. Whittle ConsultingMining strategy

    Before16 hrs

of live seminar a month, delivered by the CEO, often starting at 2am.

    After3 hrs

live. The rest runs on demand, "better presented than I could deliver on my best day."

  2. Entrepreneurs' ProgrammeFederal program, via Deloitte

    Before4 months

wait for expert advice. Every engagement depended on three senior specialists' time.

    After2 weeks

The same outcome, available straight away. The specialists focus on what only they can do.

  3. HAS LoansSpecialist lending

    BeforeHours

of BDM time per broker, across several 30-minute-plus conversations, then up to an hour per customer.

    After15–20 min

self-directed for customers. Brokers arrive already across the product.

  4. MrMentorMortgage broker training

    BeforeEvery enquiry

needed a phone call, then a callback, a DocuSign, a payment and access set up by hand.

    AfterOne platform

A sales page explains it and enrolment runs itself. The business moved from B2C to B2B.

Services

Whatever is holding your service back, we build the fix.

A service stops scaling for one of four reasons. Usually it's more than one, and fixing one moves the ceiling to the next. So we find out which before we build anything.

  1. The knowledge is stuck in a few people. So they answer the same questions every week.
  2. The process needs a person.Every step waits for someone to push it through by hand.
  3. The systems are missing, or wrong.Spreadsheets, inboxes and tools that don't talk to each other.
  4. Interest doesn't turn into sign-ups.People hear about it, but they don't sign up, buy or come on board until someone explains it.

Our approach

Five stages. Something in your hands after every one.

The SCALE Framework™. A sign-off at each stage, nothing built until you've approved the design, and we do the work while you keep running your business.

  1. SStrategiseYour Blueprint and a fixed quote.
  2. CCaptureWhat you have, sorted. The gaps, found.
  3. AArchitectSee it, and approve it, before it's built.
  4. LLaunchTested with real users, then live.
  5. EEnableYour team runs it. Not us.

Our approach, stage by stage

You work with Susan. Not an account team.

Susan Su has spent more than ten years turning experts' know-how into products and systems. She leads every engagement herself and is your one point of contact, from the first workshop to handover. Behind her is a bench of expert contractors for the build, technical writing and system administration, so you get specialists without briefing a team.

  • 10+ yrsturning expertise into systems
  • 150+businesses worked with
  • 1point of contact, first call to handover

Because she leads every project herself, we take on a small number of builds at a time.

About Susan

Before you book

The questions everyone asks.

Something else on your mind? Ask it on the call.

What does it cost?

Every project starts with the SCALE Blueprint: $6,000 + GST for one service. It ends with a fixed quote for the build, so you know the full price before you commit.

Do you only build eLearning?

No. eLearning is one of five things we build. The others are guides and job aids, process automation, systems and platforms, and launch and adoption. Most services need more than one, and the Blueprint tells you which. See the services.

How much of my experts' time will it take?

Most of it is early, in the Blueprint and Capture. We go through your material first, so sessions with your experts are focused: they react to their own material rather than starting from a blank page. After that it's review and sign-off at set points.

Do we need to tidy our files first?

No, please don't. Many projects stall for months while someone cleans up a shared drive. Hand over what you have, as it is. Sorting it is our job.

Won't it lose what makes the live version work?

That's what the design stage is for. It protects the sequence and the moments that make the live version land, and you approve it before anything is built. Where live time genuinely adds value, it stays.

What does your team look like?

You work directly with Susan. She leads every project, from the first call to handover, and she's the person you deal with throughout. The hands-on work, like the build, technical writing and system administration, is carried out by expert contractors she brings in and directs. You get a specialist on every part of the work, without briefing or managing a team. And because everything is set up in your name, with the training and guides your team needs, nothing depends on any one person. We also hold professional indemnity insurance.

Can we update it ourselves?

Yes. By default we build eLearning in HTML5, which keeps the price competitive, and anyone who knows HTML can edit the files. If nobody on your team does, we make the updates. Prefer Articulate? We can build in Storyline or Rise at higher pricing and hand over the editable project file. Guides come as PDF and as editable Word or PowerPoint files.
